The Pre Apprenticeship Construction Education (PACE) program offers participants cost-free training to enter the high paying world of Union construction apprenticeships. The program teaches students about the construction industry and the construction process; provides an orientation to apprenticeship itself; introduces students to tools of the various trades and the safe handling of both hand and power tools; and teaches industry standards of work responsibility and craft excellence.
